Personalized Lab Testing

Specialty Personalized Testing

Surface-level treatment misses what's actually going on. Cherise uses specialized testing to see the full picture before building your plan. Not every patient needs every test, but having the full toolkit available makes the difference. Here's what's on the table:

Extensive Blood Panel

Customized to your health profile, typically covering thyroid, kidney, liver, and nutritional markers like ferritin, vitamin D, B12, iodine, selenium, and magnesium. Thyroid testing goes deep: TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, and both major thyroid antibodies, plus additional antibodies as needed.

Saliva Profile III (ZRT)

Tracks estrogen, progesterone, DHEA-S, testosterone, and cortisol at multiple points across the day, a closer look at how your sex and adrenal hormones actually behave, not just a single snapshot.

Estrogen Urinary Metabolites (ZRT)

Looks at how your body metabolizes estrogen, which has real implications for long-term health and cancer risk.

GI Comprehensive Stool Testing (Genova)

Assesses digestive function, inflammation, infection, dysbiosis (bacterial imbalance), and metabolite levels, since a lot of whole-body symptoms trace back to gut health.

Food Allergy & Sensitivity Testing (Genova)

Food sensitivities can trigger symptoms up to 18 hours after eating, which makes them nearly impossible to trace on your own. This test screens antibodies against common foods so dietary triggers can be addressed directly.

NutraEval FMV

A deep dive into metabolic health using both blood and first-morning urine, 125 markers covering oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, methylation, and toxin exposure. It assesses:

  • Organic acids
  • Malabsorption and microbiome balance
  • Cellular energy and mitochondrial markers (how you metabolize carbs and fats)
  • Neurotransmitter metabolites (serotonin, dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine)
  • Toxin detoxification markers
  • Oxalate markers (kidney function and metabolism)
  • Oxidative stress markers
  • Amino acids, including essential, nonessential, and urea cycle markers
  • Essential and metabolic fatty acids (omega-3, 6, 7, and 9, saturated and trans fats)
  • Cardiovascular risk ratios
  • Glycine/serine metabolites and dietary peptide markers

The goal isn't running every test on every patient. It's using the right ones to build a plan around your actual biology.

If you're dealing with irregular periods, low libido, pelvic pain, hot flashes and night sweats, fertility concerns, adrenal or thyroid dysfunction, gut issues, trouble concentrating, anxiety or low mood, sleep disturbances, weight changes, or changes in your skin and nails, testing is where we start.
