Book Initial ConsultationIf it feels right after your discovery call, your initial consultation is a two-part experience designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and build a clear path forward.
Part A: Initial Intake Call. We coordinate and order lab work and specialized testing based on what you shared in your discovery call.
Investment: $150, collected at booking. This fee secures your appointment.
Part B: Second Intake Consultation. A comprehensive review of your results with Cherise. Together, you'll go through your health history, concerns, and goals, and walk away with a personalized plan of care.
Investment: $500
Please note: new patient appointments are currently scheduling 2–3 months in advance.
After your initial consultation, you'll have the opportunity to enroll in ongoing membership care with Cherise. You and Cherise decide together what the appropriate level of membership is.
Membership begins the month after your initial consultation. To continue care, including prescriptions and follow-ups, beyond the initial consultation, you must be an enrolled member. Non-member visit fees: $349 for 45 minutes, $399 for 60 minutes. Cost of testing and supplements is not included in membership fees.
